2JCP - Real Future

About the project

We created the Real Future (Skutečná budoucnost in Czech) web portal for the engineering company 2JCP to facilitate the recruitment process. Our goal was to build a modern online tool that effectively supports communication with job seekers while improving the company's image. The portal is designed to provide visitors with easy access to all the necessary information and opportunities to actively apply for jobs.

Website content and features

• CV submission form:

  Users can easily submit their CVs, making the recruitment process easier and more efficient.

• Blog and company articles:

  A regularly updated blog informs about what's going on at 2JCP, showcases projects and the company culture, reinforcing the employer brand.

• Welding School:

  The portal allows you to register for a welding course organized by 2JCP. Candidates can easily register online and get up-to-date information about the training.

• Modern design and clarity:

  The design of the portal is modern, responsive, and user-friendly, ensuring comfortable use on computers and mobile devices.

Administration and technology

• Roles and approaches:

  We have defined roles in the system for administrators and moderators with different permissions that allow editing content, approving requests, and tracking activities.

• Managing requests:

  We make it easy for administrators to manage accepted resumes and welding school applications. They can change the status of individual applications and manage applicants directly through the portal.

• Manage content and articles:

  We have implemented an editorial system that allows writing, editing, and publishing articles on the blog, as well as editing other texts on the site. All changes are centralized in one place.

• Data visualization:

  For a better overview, we have created interactive graphs and statistics that show, for example, the number of applications sent or the distribution of applications according to different criteria.

• Technologies used:

  We developed the backend of the portal using the Laravel framework, and we implemented the administration using the Filament framework. Thanks to modern technologies, the application is robust, secure and easy to extend.

• Hosting and operation:

  We have provided reliable hosting and regular maintenance of the site, which guarantees stable operation and fast access for users and administrators.
